We prepare our Celery Extract from the mature seed of certified organically grown Apium graveolens plants. To assure optimal extraction of the seed's bioactive compounds, they are harvested only from fully mature, second-year Celery plants, and are then thoroughly extracted. Shake Well Before Using

Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 4 times per day. Best taken between meals.
